Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was well-equipped and well furnished, with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and central heating. The location was EXCELLENT close to Public transport, a short way from St Anne's Galleries. What's more, it was next to a metro station, nice neighbourhood and the center and coast.

The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport and only a short distance to the city center. the staff are friendly and welcoming, with little touches like chocolates and slippers in the room that add a personal touch to your stay. the rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay.
While there are many positive aspects to the hotel, it may not be suitable for those who are light sleepers as some have reported hearing noises from neighboring rooms.

The hotel's location close to public transport was very convenient for exploring this city. The staff were very helpful and nice, and the breakfast was of very good quality.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the city center and public transportation. The breakfast was superb, with a varied selection of food and drinks.
The room was small, with limited space for luggage. The bathroom was not comfortable, with a shower that flooded the floor. The internet was not reliable, with a complicated login process. the hotel did not offer good value for the price paid.

During my Christmas stay, I found the room well equipped and cozy. the staff was helpful and provided me with a kettle and pots upon request. the location was convenient, close to public transportation and within walking distance of the center and coast.
The shower was a disappointment. It was separated from the bathroom by just a curtain and allowed water to flood the entire bathroom floor.
